PasteRheo'yu ("Uygulama") indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak, bu Hizmet Şartları'na ("Şartlar") bağlı olmayı kabul edersiniz. Bu Şartları kabul etmiyorsanız, lütfen Uygulamayı kullanmayın. Bu Şartlar, siz ve PasteRheo ("biz", "bizim" veya "bize") arasında yasal bir anlaşma oluşturur.

Lisans

Size, bu Şartlara tabi olarak, kişisel veya ticari amaçlarla Uygulamayı kullanmak için sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez, iptal edilebilir bir lisans veriyoruz. Şunları yapamazsınız:

Uygulamayı kopyalama, değiştirme veya dağıtma
Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik, derleme veya parçalarına ayırma
Herhangi bir telif hakkı veya mülkiyet bildirimini kaldırma
Uygulamayı herhangi bir yasadışı amaç için kullanma

Abonelikler ve Ödemeler

PasteRheo offers the following subscription options:

Free plan — Basic features with limited history
Pro plan — Full features, local-only storage
Pro+ plan — Full features with optional cloud sync
Lifetime purchase — One-time payment, all Pro+ features forever

Purchase Channels

PasteRheo can be purchased through different channels, each with its own management process:

Apple App Store (Mac App Store)

Available for macOS users. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions
Automatic renewal
Managed through Apple ID Account Settings

Paddle (Web Purchase)

Available on our website for all platforms. Includes both subscriptions and lifetime purchases.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions
Lifetime purchase (one-time payment)
Managed through your PasteRheo account

Auto-Renewal (Subscriptions Only)

This applies to monthly and yearly subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Paddle:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
The renewal cost will be the same as your initial subscription price unless we notify you of a price change.
Lifetime purchases do not auto-renew as they are one-time payments.

Managing Your Purchase

For Apple App Store Purchases:

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's Terms of Service. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Apple ID Account Settings.

To cancel your Apple subscription:

Open the Settings app on your device
Tap your name at the top
Tap "Subscriptions"
Select PasteRheo
Tap "Cancel Subscription"

For Paddle Purchases (Web):

Subscriptions and lifetime purchases made through our website are managed through your PasteRheo account.

To manage your Paddle subscription:

Sign in to your PasteRheo account at pasterheo.com
Go to Account Settings
Click "Manage Subscription"
You can cancel, upgrade, or view your billing history

Lifetime purchases do not require subscription management as they never expire.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans, including lifetime purchases. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.

For Apple App Store purchases, refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. You can request a refund through the App Store.
For Paddle purchases, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.
After 14 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.

Kullanıcı Davranışı

PasteRheo'yu sorumlu bir şekilde kullanmayı ve şunları yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:

Uygulamayı yasadışı içerik saklamak veya iletmek için kullanma
Sistemlerimize yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya çalışma
Uygulamanın işlevselliğine müdahale etme veya kesintiye uğratma

Fikri Mülkiyet

PasteRheo ve orijinal içeriği, özellikleri ve işlevselliği bize aittir ve uluslararası telif hakkı, ticari marka ve diğer fikri mülkiyet yasalarıyla korunmaktadır. Pano içeriğiniz sizindir — kopyaladığınız veya sakladığınız herhangi bir içerik üzerinde mülkiyet iddia etmiyoruz.

Garanti Reddi

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekilde" açık veya zımni herhangi bir garanti olmaksızın sağlanır. Uygulamanın kesintisiz, hatasız veya virüs veya diğer zararlı bileşenlerden arınmış olacağını garanti etmiyoruz. Uygulamayı kendi riskinizle kullanırsınız.

Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, doğrudan veya dolaylı olarak maruz kalınan herhangi bir dolaylı, arızi, özel, sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan veya cezai zararlardan veya Uygulamayı kullanımınızdan kaynaklanan herhangi bir kar veya gelir kaybından, veri, kullanım, iyi niyet veya diğer maddi olmayan kayıplardan sorumlu olmayacağız.

Şartlardaki Değişiklikler

Bu Şartları istediğimiz zaman değiştirme hakkını saklı tutarız. Önemli değişiklikleri Uygulama veya e-posta yoluyla size bildireceğiz. Değişikliklerden sonra PasteRheo'yu kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenen Şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
