Acuerdo de términos

Al descargar, instalar o usar PasteRheo ("la App"), aceptás estar sujeto a estos Términos de servicio ("Términos"). Si no estás de acuerdo con estos Términos, por favor no uses la App. Estos Términos constituyen un acuerdo legal entre vos y PasteRheo ("nosotros", "nuestro" o "nos").

Licencia

Te otorgamos una licencia limitada, no exclusiva, no transferible y revocable para usar la App con fines personales o comerciales, sujeto a estos Términos. No podés:

Copiar, modificar o distribuir la App
Realizar ingeniería inversa, descompilar o desensamblar la App
Eliminar cualquier aviso de derechos de autor o propiedad
Usar la App para cualquier propósito ilegal

Suscripciones y pagos

PasteRheo offers the following subscription options:

Free plan — Basic features with limited history
Pro plan — Full features, local-only storage
Pro+ plan — Full features with optional cloud sync
Lifetime purchase — One-time payment, all Pro+ features forever

Purchase Channels

PasteRheo can be purchased through different channels, each with its own management process:

Apple App Store (Mac App Store)

Available for macOS users. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions
Automatic renewal
Managed through Apple ID Account Settings

Paddle (Web Purchase)

Available on our website for all platforms. Includes both subscriptions and lifetime purchases.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions
Lifetime purchase (one-time payment)
Managed through your PasteRheo account

Auto-Renewal (Subscriptions Only)

This applies to monthly and yearly subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Paddle:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
The renewal cost will be the same as your initial subscription price unless we notify you of a price change.
Lifetime purchases do not auto-renew as they are one-time payments.

Managing Your Purchase

For Apple App Store Purchases:

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's Terms of Service. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Apple ID Account Settings.

To cancel your Apple subscription:

Open the Settings app on your device
Tap your name at the top
Tap "Subscriptions"
Select PasteRheo
Tap "Cancel Subscription"

For Paddle Purchases (Web):

Subscriptions and lifetime purchases made through our website are managed through your PasteRheo account.

To manage your Paddle subscription:

Sign in to your PasteRheo account at pasterheo.com
Go to Account Settings
Click "Manage Subscription"
You can cancel, upgrade, or view your billing history

Lifetime purchases do not require subscription management as they never expire.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans, including lifetime purchases. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.

For Apple App Store purchases, refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. You can request a refund through the App Store.
For Paddle purchases, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.
After 14 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.

Conducta del usuario

Aceptás usar PasteRheo de manera responsable y no:

Usar la App para almacenar o transmitir contenido ilegal
Intentar obtener acceso no autorizado a nuestros sistemas
Interferir o interrumpir la funcionalidad de la App

Propiedad intelectual

PasteRheo y su contenido original, características y funcionalidad son propiedad nuestra y están protegidos por leyes internacionales de derechos de autor, marcas registradas y otras leyes de propiedad intelectual. El contenido de tu portapapeles sigue siendo tuyo: no reclamamos propiedad sobre ningún contenido que copies o almacenes.

Descargo de garantías

La App se proporciona "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad" sin garantías de ningún tipo, ya sean expresas o implícitas. No garantizamos que la App será ininterrumpida, libre de errores o libre de virus u otros componentes dañinos. Usás la App bajo tu propio riesgo.

Limitación de responsabilidad

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, no seremos responsables de ningún daño indirecto, incidental, especial, consecuente o punitivo, o cualquier pérdida de ganancias o ingresos, ya sea incurrida directa o indirectamente, o cualquier pérdida de datos, uso, buena voluntad u otras pérdidas intangibles resultantes de tu uso de la App.

Cambios a los términos

Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos Términos en cualquier momento. Te notificaremos de cualquier cambio significativo a través de la App o por email. Tu uso continuado de PasteRheo después de los cambios constituye la aceptación de los Términos actualizados.
